Marquay has worked at BAY Crawl Space & Foundation Repair for just over one year. Before joining the BAY Crawl Space team, Marquay worked in the hospitality industry. While working in his previous role, Marquay was curious about crawlspace work, so he applied to the best in the business and was hired at BAY Crawl Space. He loves his job because he gets to assist in team regulated jobs, and satisfying his customers is something in which he takes pride. What he loves most is his ability to travel around Virginia and enjoy consistent work. His expertise is in crawl jacks and encapsulations. In his spare time, Marquay enjoys reading, gaming, and bike riding.
