1. Wall AnchorsWall Anchors are an effective method for fixing bowing walls and bringing them upright to their original position. Soil anchors are placed outside, and steel rods are attached to extend through the foundation wall. Wall plates are then attached and tightened with nuts to permanently straighten and stabilize the wall.
2. Steel Wall Beams
Steel beams are another effective method for fixing bowing walls and do not require any outside excavation. The beams are only placed on the inside of your basement walls and act as a brace for support. The beams are secured to the floors and walls and are tightened to pull the wall back into place. The tightness of the beams can be adjusted over time if additional support is needed in the future.
