Regarding strength, our Foundation Stabilizers can hold up to 20,000 lbs. This is significantly stronger than traditional push piers, typically weighing 2,000 to 10,000 lbs.

Material Usage

Traditional push piers consist of 4 to 20 drive pipes, a starter pipe, a foundation bracket, and hydraulic equipment. Our specialized Foundation Stabilizer design utilizes a rebar cage consisting of two rebar grids, four rebars, and concrete delivery, making for a much stronger support system.

Traditional push piers can be spaced up to 6 feet apart (on Center), while our foundation stabilizers can be spaced up to 10 feet apart O.C.

How Do Foundation Stabilizers Work?

This stability technology works by utilizing more soil volume for added support. Most soils support between 1,000 and 2,000 pounds per square foot. The Foundation Stabilizer uses over 260x more surface areas of soil than push piers. This system creates a larger volume of influence with 13+ square feet of surface area. The ‘Volume of Influence’ pertains to the width and depth of the supporting soil.

Engineered Steel Rebar Cages

We use a specially engineered rebar system for your home’s stability. This system utilizes two Steel Rebar Mats, which are separate welded structures. Rebar chairs and clips support each mat. The two rebar mats are connected with special steel connecting rebars, creating the fall ‘rebar cage.’ These specially engineered rebar cages are embedded in the concrete we pour to complete each Foundation Stabilizer.
