No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell your personal information.
3.2 Service Providers
We share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf, and only to the extent needed to perform those services. These vendors are contractually restricted from using your information for their own purposes. They include:
- Our field service management and scheduling platform
- Our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Our telephone, text messaging, and AI call-handling providers
- Our accounting, payroll, and payment processing providers

3.3 Other Disclosures
We may also disclose information:

4. Cookies, Comments, and Embedded Content
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand how it is used, and measure advertising performance. This may include tools from analytics and advertising providers such as Google and Meta, which may set their own cookies and collect information about your browsing across sites.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, though some Site features may not work correctly if you do. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through the tools offered by the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.
Comments. If you leave a comment on the Site, we collect the information shown in the comment form along with your IP address and browser user agent string, which help us detect spam. Comments and their metadata are retained so that follow-up comments can be recognized and approved automatically. An anonymized hash of your email address may be sent to the Gravatar service to determine whether you use it.
Embedded content. Pages on the Site may include embedded content such as videos, maps, and reviews from other websites. Embedded content behaves as though you visited that other website directly, and those sites may set cookies, embed additional tracking, and monitor your interaction with that content.
Uploaded images. If you upload an image to the Site, avoid images containing embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors may be able to extract it.
5. Call Recording
Calls to and from BAY may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, and record-keeping. Some calls are handled by an artificial intelligence virtual assistant that identifies itself as such at the start of the call. Recordings and transcripts are treated as confidential and are used only for the purposes described in this Policy.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide services, support warranty obligations, and meet legal, tax, insurance, and recordkeeping requirements. Because our warranties can extend for many years and can transfer with the property, project records are generally retained for the life of the warranty plus any applicable limitations period. Marketing contact information is retained until you opt out.
Text message and call records. We retain your phone number and message history while you are an active customer and for at least forty-eight (48) months after you opt out, in order to maintain the compliance records required by federal telemarketing rules and wireless carrier requirements. Records of your opt-out itself — your number on our internal do-not-contact list — are retained indefinitely, because deleting them would allow you to be contacted again in error.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and vendor security requirements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message, or contact us at 757-460-0444 or Appointments@baycrawlspace.com
- Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
- Phone calls: ask any representative to place you on our internal do-not-call list
- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, including your consent and message records
- Update: correct your phone number, email address, or other information at any time
- Delete: request removal of your information from our systems, subject to the compliance records described in Section 6
To make any of these requests, contact us at Appointments@baycrawlspace.com or 757-460-0444.
Virginia residents have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, including the right to confirm whether we process their personal data, access it, correct it, request deletion, obtain a copy, and opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information above. We will verify your request before acting on it and will respond within the time required by law. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; you may also contact the Virginia Attorney General.
Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional communications about an active project, and does not cancel your contract.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at Appointments@baycrawlspace.com and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites, lenders, and review platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes take effect when posted.
