As Customer Service Representative, you would be responsible for:
- Answering Multi-Line Phones
- Scheduling Home Inspections
- Making Outbound Calls to Leads
- Helping Inbound Service Calls
- Various Admin Duties, as needed
Experience in every task is not required, but we value your skills! You’ll learn directly from our General Manager, Office Manager, and Owner, how to best service our clients. You just need to learn quick and do your best!You can expect to work Mon – Fri, 40 hrs/week, normal business hours. The specific hours are negotiable. Starting pay for the position is $15 to 18 with health benefits and a raise available after every 90 days.
