We’re looking for Technicians with good hands-on skills. Experience is preferred. BAY is a team atmosphere, so we like team players. We are all one team. We have a great work atmosphere / culture so keeping it that way, is important to us.

The past 3 quarters (3 month periods), Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonuses averaged $2500, $4000, and $4400 each, for our each of our Technicians. Some top performers got quarterly bonuses over $5,000.

Our Crews install moisture control solutions, structural repairs, foundation repairs, & basement waterproofing. You would learn BAY’s trade skills during various trainings and working in the field with our trained experts.

You can expect to work 40 to 55 hrs per week, Mon – Fri, 6:30am to 3-6pm daily, Saturdays & Sundays off.

Starting pay is $20 to $24 / hour, depending on experience. ‘Raises Requests’ are available after 6 months, for those who are strong, stable, and consistent. $50 Review Bonuses also pay out.

Experienced Co-Foremen & Foremen from Competitor Companies with 3+ years experience can expect to start at $23-24 / hour.

Apply if you have experience with Crawl Spaces, Restoration, Carpentry, HVAC, Masonry, Landscaping, Concrete, Mechanical, Plumbing, Building Maintenance or other Trades Experience.

Valid drivers license and good attitude required.

FYI, Non-Compete Agreements are Illegal to Enforce in VA for if your gross income is under ~$76,000 in the last 52 weeks. Companies attempting to enforce non-competes with “low-wage earners” face civil penalties of up to $10,000.
