Chesapeake crawl spaces stay wet because the city sits low, the water table is high, and a lot of ranches still have open vents. BAY encapsulates those crawls with our Dry Space system: full ground liner, rigid foam, pier wrap, sealed vents and door, and a dehumidifier we install and service. We do not use spray foam. The system is warranted for 30 years.

Encapsulation: 30-year system integrity. Healthy Humidity Guarantee: during the dehumidifier warranty, if the sensor reads above 60% RH, BAY sends a free service visit and services the manufacturer warranty.
